Name: 52″ x 103″ Zirconia Alumina Wide Sanding Belt Description: Zirconia alumina 52” x 103” Wide Sanding Belts features premium zirconia grains, fully resin bonded to a strong x-weight polyester backing offering a sturdy but flexible belt, that can withstand heat and thrives in high pressure grinding applications. These belts are extremely versatile; the premium dense zirconia grains on each 52” x 103” inch wide sanding belt were formulated for aggressive and heavy stock removal applications while the open coated characteristic allows it to grind on softer materials without loading. Due to the self-sharpening properties of zirconia, it will cut faster and more consistently for a longer duration of time than aluminum oxide alternatives. The zirconia grains can last 2-3 times longer than aluminum oxide grains on belts when being used for heavy-duty, aggressive applications. The 52” x 103” Zirconia belts can be run wet or dry and are designed for abrasive planning, sanding, grinding, deburring, surfacing, and finishing on wide-belt sanders. They are available in 24 grit, 36 grit, 40 grit, 60 grit, 80 grit, and 120 grit. These belts are designed to be used on a 52″ x 103″ Wide Belt Sander MADE IN THE USA. Other Features:
